Elyos is one of the main races in Aion, except Asmodians. In the eyes of mortals, they are just as the angel sent by gods, the sacred race that guards them in ancient times.
However, due to the different opinions on guarding Aion and defending the Dragon, this sacred race was split into two different forces. Later, the Millennium War broke out. Because of this, the strength of guardian was weakened which eventually led to the collapse of Aion, and also make the world was divided into Heaven world and Devil world. What's worse, the ravages of the Dragon are more serious.
After the war, the two forces in Elyos of Aion blamed each other for being responsible for this terrible disaster at the same time. However, the hatred of them was like a single spark which could start a prairie fire. The flame of vengeance burned out the virtue of tolerance of the two forces,. Finally, it was evolved into the confrontation between Heaven world and Devil world.
Daeva, the Character Players Act
Daeva is similar to the embodiment of God in Aion, between mortal and God, who can manage the affairs of mortals on behalf of god. The mind and physique of Daeva are far stronger than mortals. It can be said simply that they are enveloped by supernatural power and can freely operate a force called Aether. Thinks to such power, Daeva can use the powerful capacity, and even wake up from the dead.
Although Daeva in Aion can not own the eternal body without being destroyed as God, it can also be regarded as another way of eternal life. By the way, their job is to manage affairs of mortal to protect them from being invading by evil forces and beasts. They fight for guarding their own people which wins them respect and admire from Mortals.
